This is a completely raw recipe, and it tastes great!

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup carob powder
1/2 cup melted nut butter (peanut, almond, etc.)
1/4 cup sesame seeds (grinding them is optional)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (grinding them is optional)
1/2 cup raw honey (regular honey will work too, but then it's not an all raw recipe)
2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts 

Mix well by hand. Press into an 8" square pan (oiled lightly). Chill and cut. Keep refrigerated
