Cheesy Broccoli Rice Casserole

This is a easy recipe that you can be baking while doing other things around the house!



Ingredients:

    1 stalk of broccoli, broken into little flowerettes
    1 C. Healthy Cheese Sauce
    1 cup of uncooked brown rice
    3 cups water
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 red bell pepper, diced
    sea salt to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F.

In 9x12 casserole dish, add 3 cups of water, 1 cup uncooked brown rice, broccoli, bell pepper and onion. Bake covered, for 45 minutes-1 hour. Stir in cheese sauce and sea salt.  Bake for 15 more minutes uncovered.

Serves: 4-6
