4 ripe bananas
2 cups almond milk
1/3 cup chopped dates
1 T. Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
3 tablespoons almond butter
cardamom to taste
Combine in a food processor until creamy smooth then pour in the containers you want to serve it in. Chill until set. Top with extra banana slices, spiced pecans, or just an extra dash of cardamom to taste.
